How the shop works

We keep a small, deliberate range. Rather than listing every model in the market, we stock the handsets people around here actually buy, and the accessories we have tested long enough to stand behind. If something fails often, it comes off the shelf.

Handsets are sealed Indian units. We open them in front of you, put the SIM in, move your contacts across and set up the basics before you leave. That part is free and it is the reason most of our customers come back for the second phone.

Accessories are the other half of the business. Cables, adapters, cases, stands and gaming bits. Everything gets a working test before it goes on display, which is why the replacement rate stays low.

Delivery, in plain terms

No courier partner, no tracking number that never updates.

Our own riders

The same person covers your area every day. He knows the lanes, and he calls rather than marking the parcel undelivered.

Same day nearby

Orders placed before 4 pm inside Paschim Radhaballavpur go out the same evening. The district takes a day or two.

Brand warranty on handsets

Phones carry the manufacturer's India warranty and are serviced at the brand's authorised centre. We help you raise the request and follow it up.

What is not covered

Physical damage, liquid damage and normal wear on consumables like thumb sleeves. We will tell you straight rather than send you in circles.

The same five, most days.

Not on the site. Every order here is cash on delivery. If you would rather pay digitally, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it manually before the rider leaves.

Yes, and we would rather you did. Check the seal, check the contents, then pay. If something is wrong the rider takes it straight back.

Everything we sell is a sealed Indian unit. The box is opened in front of you and the IMEI on the box is checked against the handset before it leaves the counter.

We take exchanges against a new purchase after a valuation at the shop. Bring the handset, the charger and the bill if you still have it.

He calls the number on the order and tries again the same day. If the second attempt fails we hold the parcel at the shop for a week.
