Delivery. We run our own delivery, so there is no courier tracking number to chase. Orders placed before 4 pm inside Paschim Radhaballavpur usually go out the same evening. The district is covered in one to two days, and the rest of the state in two to four. You can follow the status on the track page at any time.

Charges. Delivery is ₹49 on smaller orders and free once the order crosses ₹999. The exact charge for your pincode is shown before you confirm.

Payment. Cash on delivery only. Open the parcel in front of the rider and check the contents before you hand over the money.

Warranty. 6 months replacement. Handsets carry the brand warranty and are serviced at the brand's authorised centre. Accessories are replaced from our own counter within 7 days if they fail.

Replacement. Bring the item and the bill to the shop, or message us on WhatsApp and the rider will collect it on his next round in your area.
